Dennis Lee Bromagen, 65, of Indianapolis, passed away June 18, 2016.
He was born on August 14, 1950 in Rushville, Indiana and was raised in Indianapolis. Dennis was a semi-truck driver for most of his career, and was a long haul owner/operator for over 20 years. When he wasn’t working, Dennis enjoyed spending time with nature: camping, fishing and feeding squirrels in his backyard. Throughout his life, Dennis freely gave his time to those in need of his expertise. He was always available to give someone a ride, fix a flat or cook a delicious meal. Although Dennis was a man of few words, he had a quiet sense of humor that made everyone smile. He will always be remembered as strong, hardworking, loving and fiercely loyal to his family and friends.
He is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Jane; sister Marsha (Bill) Warren; brother John (Cathy) Bromagen; son Brian A. Bromagen; daughter Lori (Robert) Bromagen; grandchildren Taylor Bromagen, Tyler Sears and Brian D. Bromagen. He was preceded in death by his parents, Leonard and Ruth Bromagen and son Michael Bromagen. Services: 3:00 p.m., June 27 at Indiana Funeral Care, 8151 Allisonville Rd, with visitation from 2 p.m.

Charles Flynn says
I’m so sorry to hear about Dennis’ passing. We worked together at Freightliner back in the 70’s. My thoughts and prayers are with you. I won’t be able to make the service, but I’ll be with you in spirit.
